Unable to Upgrade from XP Pro SP2
I've tried installing XP to a freshly formatted primary partition numerous times using the F6 to install the promise fastrack XP drivers and the 2000 drivers also. All attempts failed with a blue screen STOP. I installed Win98 onto the freshly reformatted raid- 0 c: partition and tried to upgrade to XP and no go.

So, after finding this posting, I rolled back to XP, deleted all profiles, and rebuilt mine with success. However, I tried again to upgrade to 2003 beta, and the message returned.
